Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@evaam.com with a clear pictures of the damage and give us 6 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, simply send an email to support@evaam.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.

30-Day Return Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy and 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive the item to request a return on a non-quality product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Before you begin your return, you will need to contact us at support@evaam.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product, please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 48 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) & Gift Cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.


If you need to exchange for another product, you must return your item and then purchase the product you need. Don't worry, once the return has been accepted, we will refund your purchase amount.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 48 hours and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
