If your product arrives damaged, promptly email us at customer.care@evaam.com, providing clear pictures of the damage. Please allow us up to 7 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Upon approval, we'll dispatch a brand-new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is paramount to us.

30-Day Return Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy and a 30-day money-back guarantee. From the date of receipt, you have 30 days to request a return for any non-quality product.

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must remain in the condition it was received: unused, unworn, tagged, and in its original packaging.

Please note that any returned items found to have been used or are missing components may be disqualified from the return process, or a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Prior to initiating a return, please reach out to us at customer.care@evaam.com. You can expect a response from us within 3 business days. Once your return is accepted, we will share detailed instructions for your return process. Please provide us with the tracking number and your order number once the return shipment has been arranged.

Upon receiving and verifying that the returned product adheres to our return conditions, we will commence your refund process within 3 business days using your original payment method. Be advised that all refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and gift cards, cannot be returned. If you have concerns about your specific item, please contact us.


To exchange a product, you will need to return your item and purchase the product you need. Once we've accepted your return, we will refund the original purchase amount.


Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you within business days about the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund, which may require 7-10 business days.


Kindly note that we offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $59. However, customers are accountable for the return shipping costs if the return is initiated by the customer. The specific fee will depend on the courier service chosen and is non-refundable. If the product(s) returned is in good condition, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. In instances where the product(s) received is damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers are not expected to cover the shipping cost.

It is essential to ensure accuracy when filling out the return address. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or misdirected due to incorrect address information.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
