The sunshade is horrible and the customer service is even worse. The sunshade came as 2 pieces. I was expecting 1 based on the website pictures and that I have the 1 large fixed glass roof model. I have seen some products come as 2 pieces for my car, so I tried it anyways. The product was extremely difficult to work with as it wouldn't stick to the roof electrostatically. Quickly found out it didn't cover side-to-side (about 3-4 inches short). Had to use painters tape to hold it in place to take pics. "Installed" the other piece using painters tape to hold it in place. It was also about 3-4 inches short side-to-side. There is also about a 6 inch gap between the 2 pieces. The box also contained a bunch of circular double-sided tape pieces. There were no instructions, so I wasn't sure what these were for. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0 STARS, and here's why. I wanted to return the item because I was not satisfied (30-day money back satisfaction guarantee). I contacted EVAAM through their website. After several days of no response, I contacted them again through the website (a screen capture was taken showing that the message had been sent and that someone would contact me shortly). After a total of 2 weeks of no response, I contacted them through email. I finally got a response from them. I bought 2 items from them. See the full review of this item under the link (not good either). So all of the correspondence with them was for both items. I sent them pictures and videos of the sunshade not fitting well. In all of the emails I kept I asking for a full refund based on the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. They wouldn't do it. I kept having to provide so much documentation to them. When asked about the double-sided tape, they said that it was for adhering the sunshade to the roof. What??? This product was supposed to adhere electrostatically and not need any other form of fastener to hold it in-place per the website. Based on the latest pics, videos and email documentation they were now going to look into it further. Two weeks went by of not hearing anything from them, so I reached out. I got a response that they looked into it and they noticed that I was trying to install the roof sunshade on the windshield and the windshield sunshade on the roof and that I needed to take pictures of that and send it to them. I responded that they better look again because the pictures and videos I sent clearly indicate that they were only being installed in their appropriate location. I was wondering if they meant in the wrong direction. So I turned each sunshade 90 degrees and took pictures and videos to send them (the fit was even worse because they are facing in the wrong direction). In every email from this point I kept asking them to honor their HASSLE free 30 day money back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, and perfect fit guarantee. They wouldn't do it. I kept having to provide so much documentation to them. So after the latest pics, videos and email documentation they were going to look into it again. Well, 2 weeks later and no response from them. So I reached out to them again. They finally offered a full refund on the roof sunshade because it was out of stock. Not sure how that fit in, but I took it. Asked them to process it immediately and they said that they would get to it ASAP. After 2 weeks of not seeing any refund I reached out to them. They responded with it was processed it and it could take several days to process Well, 9 days later, 7 business days, and no refund. So I reached out to them again. No response. Four days later I reached out again. They responded with the same, it was processed and can take several days. This sequence happened one more time. So I decided to post the review because I don't think that I will ever get a refund. It has been 5+ weeks since it was processed, and nothing. No refund has ever come close to taking this long once it has been processed.
